When a media source is connected to the computer, a setting dialog box will pop up regarding storage locations and file names.

If you have more than one camera or multiple ways in which to store photos, SILKYPIX has a solution for sorting out problems with file and folder names. Import from media also includes batch folder sort and rename features, so you can sort folders and convert file names based on conditions such as recording date and time and recording information.

SILKYPIX DS Pro11 automatically detects the connection of attached storage, including USB media and prompt you to generate thumbnails.

  1. Select a source volume
  2. Select a destination volume
  3. Select a folder
  4. Filter the images you want to import
  5. Eject volume after importing is complete
  6. Open directory when complete
  7. Set options in the case of file name conflicts
